i have oil leaking from the seal in between the engine and the yoke. It is getting in the boot.  Does anyone know if i am able to change this seal without dropping the swing arm or removing the engine?   Any info would be helpful.
Thank you,
Dennis

Yep, done it.

Follow the instructions for u-joint removal here:
http://www.rattlebars.com/mtz/ujoint.html

You don't need to pull the swing arm or pipes.

Once the ujoint is out, the seal holder just unbolts with 3 I think, maybe 4 bolts. Change the seal and o-ring and put her back.

Easy money.

Also, buy a new boot. They are cheap, and new will go on MUCH easier than the old oil-soaked one...

O-ring goes between the seal holder and the engine case. Seal holder just bolts to the engine. It's an easy swap.
