Timing Belt Tensioner Rebuilds - where to find?

[lljjmm]

Can anyone direct me to the site for the timing belt tensioner rebuild, where several choices are available to rebuild the tensioner? Cannot seem to locate it.  It was originally done for  Goldwings.
Thanks
