Definitely a lot of modifications.  Not sure if I personally like them or not.  Seems like a lot of work to make a Valkyrie/Gold Wing Interstate.

Yeah, bags are definitely dated.  Says off an '83 Wing.  Would look much better with Tourer or IS bags.
