As for me, had I known I would live this long I would have treated my body better when I was young.   Wink

I did.....when I was young! Even in my 50's I was still pretty much the so-called "hard body." Still well under 200 lbs. and the dating scene was "interesting." At the time, I could run 10-12 miles at the drop of a hat and do it 3-4 times a week, plus work out at home 4-5 nights a week. However, remarrying and work caused life to sorta get in the way and by age 65, the old body had changed. Now, ten years later I'm thrilled just to be here....and rather fortunate, thank the Lord.

Well John, I have to agree with you about the meal thing, at least on my part. When I retired from the FD, I was pretty much done with the daily work out routine just to pass the annual physical, and my joints were rapidly giving up on me. One reason I decided to retire. So much for the excuses..I just like to eat!!
I can only hope and try to become motivated to be in the shape your in when and if I get to be your age....in 25 or 30 years.. Roll Eyes

As long as I can Remember, I have never been Skinny. So If any of you see that I am getting Skinny, Please Call the Ambulance, Because there will be something Seriously Wrong with Me.
