Is there a performance advantage to replacing a standard ICM with an Interstate ICM?  There is a huge price difference between the two.  Why?

There is a slight performance difference. The IS ICM has a quicker and a few more degrees advance in the mid range than the standard. They both start out and end the same though. Why the cost difference, don't know.
