I used 10W, but others may advise differently.  I'm also running progressive springs.  The 10W was readily available when I replaced the seals a few months ago.

The manual says to use  "Pro-Honda Suspension Fluid SS-8".
Curiosity got me to ask Google and Chapparal Racing, MotoCross World both say it's 10 W.
Does Honda offer different oil weight for the forks ?
