As I don't eat beef, are there any other choices for dinner?

Sandy, you are going to have to wait until Willow, Scott in OK get there or they sign on en-route.

Last post I seen was Willow was in Colorado Springs, don't know where the other 2, counting f6gal are.

Willow, Motomama, f6gal and Psycho are in Colorado Springs.  Not sure how connected they are, and they know the answer to your question.  I unfortunately, am not sure of the exact menu.

We'll be departing in the morning.  If I find out before I leave, I'll let you know.

If you're referring to the Saturday dinner, the main course is pulled pork.  There will be, of course, side dishes including iced watermellon and cheesecake.

The Saturday evening meal is at Copper Mountain.
