Some may recall about 18 months ago I had a major heart attack and Toni kept the board advised of my progress for a few weeks. She's the the gal in back holding the youngest, Payton(or Peyton...can't remember) whom I believe is about six. Next up is her son Robert at 16, a heck of a pitcher and just got his driver's permit. The blonde beauty to the right is Chelsea, 22 I think, a jr. in college. Hubby Andy obviously took the picture. They live in the Green Bay area which puts them about 1500 miles away. Too far for me to be around them as they grow up.

John, good lookin tribe ya got there.

I could loan ya a couple of kids and grandkids that would be closer if ya like.

They are all GOOD heads.   Daddy/Grandpa told them all, you mess with the Drugs or start drinking all the time, we will both go to the hospital together.

You to get your a$$ sewed up and me to get my foot back.

I do believe they took the hint cause they have not been a problem.

Yes RJ, at that age it's not very often you can get them to all sit down at the same time. My other daughter and her gang is a much larger bunch and are spread out more so getting them together is nearly impossible. She jokes about one of her sons and the dr. wanting to know what those images were on an x-ray. She told him probably a couple of her missing shoes, the last time she saw them was when they disappeared up his butt. It apparently worked, he's grown up to be a good looking guy in his late 20's(you should see the ladies stand in line for him).  Grin What really moves me; in recent years whenever I see him I get a hug and a kiss on the cheek, followed by "love ya gramps."

My oldest daughter , her husband and all the grandkids live in Alaska.

She decided to go up there on a Diving Scholarship, met Randy, and never came back.

We go up every other Christmas to their house and the opposite Christmas they show up here, with all the rest of the siblings..

John, daughters are always something special. My daughter, Cheri, makes my day in many ways and I know that she'll be there for me when I need her special assistance.

Toni is very special and she was very helpful to us, keeping us informed, when you were having your heart problem.

You have a great family John.
