Who in their right mind would leave a 6 day old outside overnight in below zero temps in a plastic tote wrapped up in blankets?  She deserves to be locked up for life!  

Goes to show you there are weirdo's even close to home near Beloit WI some 30 miles away from me.  Beloit and even more so Rockford IL area, per capita, are some of the worst areas to raise a family in my opinion and pretty darn close to me mere minutes/an hour away.  

Just glad this little newborn is alive and apparently healthy to hopefully make a go of it in life.
