http://www.rswracing.com/airout.htm

a week ago and it has happen before all of a sudden one of the front forks was leaking, nothing major just wetness, wipe it dry and then nothing for months.
is it just air pressure buildup as noted in the link? seams to make sense.

anybody else have similar experience?

More than likely just some grit that gets under the seals.

Mine only leaked until the fluid was all gone...then the leak stopped....problem solved.

Seriously, +1 on Bigheads response

Search the board, there are a couple of tricks to stop  fork leaks without redoing seals.

BTW....I redid my seals and they don't leak with fluid now.

What you say is actually true in some part.

The front shocks will leak until no more fluid can leak.

But that does not mean they are dry.

There is still plenty of fluid left in them to lubricate the slider parts.

All that really leaks out, is that fluid that can make it over the top

of the slider tube inside, and the top of the tube is quite far up inside the

complete shock tube assembly.

Anyone that's had their shock apart can  testify to this.

It is not dirt, since the last time it happened, I did the film trick and at the same time did the felt behind the outer seal trick, used by off road racers. Now just earlier in the wk with big temp changes slight wetness for one day then nothing.
I've seen what the site states for inverted forks. more research is needed on this.
