Warriors weekend ride, anybody going?

It's the Warriors Weekend in Port O'Conner.

This Friday (5/16/14) there will be a whole bunch of bikes escorting them down to Victoria.
Last year there was probably 3-400 bikes (guessing here).

The buses are supposed to be at Praseks in Hilji (by El Campo) at noon  (last year they were a bit late, hour or so), they'll eat then proceed.
They'll veer off the freeway (59) at Ganado and Edna (couple of little towns along the way) drive through the towns where there are hundreds of flag waving fans.
This is Police escorted and they stop traffic on the freeway to allow us to get back on without getting separated.

There are also people standing on the overpasses along the way showing support.

I'll be riding with a group from Victoria and probably get to Praseks around 11.

IMO, with all the crap going on in the government, especially now with the current VA issue, it's quite touching to see all the Patriotism.
