Went to the EAA (experimental aircraft association) fly in on Saturday, with my dad and brother.  My dad is a life member, and is getting on in years.  He asked my brother and I along, as this could possibly be his last year to attend.

It was a very cool event (I'd never been there before), and all in all, a very nice day for some 'Guy Time' with my dad and brother.

Afterwards, we went to a resturant for a quick bite before the long drive home.  I stepped outside to have a smoke, and noticed a Valk in the lot that was not there when we walked in.  I wrote a quick note saying 'hi' and asking if the rider were familiar with the VRCC (as is my custom when I see a parked Valk).  Once inside the resturant again, I looked around, and saw a familiar T-Shirt (VRCC shirt of course), and went up to introduce myself...

Turns out, it was our own Kiwi, all the way from Texas...  He was in town to attend the EAA event too!  We yaked for a bit, shook hands and I wished him a safe trip home  Smiley

Just when the highway straightened out for a mile
And I was thinkin' I'd just cruise for a while
A fork in the road brought a new episode
Don't you know...

Conform, go crazy, or ride a motorcycle...
