Author Topic: brake foot pedal disconneted from spring  (Read 706 times)

My rear brake light works with the hand lever, but not the foot pedal. I found the spring disconnected and hanging from the master cylinder switch.. I can't figure out where it goes...there is a hole on the lever further towards the back of the pedal but it looks like it does not have a peg to attach the spring to.

any info? my clymers just says to reattach the spring it does not say where

There's a little hook welded to the inside of the pedal.
