I had read alot about the fork braces. So I decided to try one and see what they are all about. For me it made the bike more planted in curves. Didn't see any improvement on straight line running. Also helped in slow speed turn arounds. Was it worth it, I would say yes. I did a test before and after in some good curves. Felt solid after installing the forkbrace. I used the one made by Super Brace. Looking at the Valkyrie I believe it will also work on it. Of course the Valkyrie may not need it. I will post different mods here for the ones that ride one of the above mentioned. While I ride a  Goldwing I still feel a strong tie to this club.

Way back when MGM was a puppy, I contacted Super Brace about a Brace for MGM.

They told me one was not needed or recommended for the Valkyrie.

All my earlier bikes had a Super Brace on them.

Whether this still hold true in Super Braces business, I don't know.

Thanks for the review David. I have been thinking about one of these and wondering if they made a noticeable difference. Sounds like it does!  cooldude

Fork braces are nice, the only thing to consider is if the forks are inverted or not, if thay are, you cannot run a fork brace, this would be due to the wheel travel differences, on inverted forks- the wheel(fender) would hit the brace.
