 well I have been on the Regular VRCC board for awhile now and am pleased to be visiting this board. My name is Wewaman (Tony) and I am currently living between Homasassa and Weeki Wachee. I work at the power plant in Crystal River. I am looking for Grumpy aka Bill in Tampa, I was told that he might be able to help me with a front tire install. 2003 Standard w/ 52000 miles. Going double darkside , I have a General Altimax on rear and bought a D404 for the front. I am renting and all my tools are back home in North Florida along with my Wife and kids so just looking for some help while I'm down here. Been cruising around nice roads here and will be exploring more. 480 - 491- 476 - 98- 50 -41-44 - 301 just these so far and not more than about 50 miles one way and of course US 19 to work and back. I haven't seen any Valkyrie`s , a few Goldwings but mostly hardleys. I work Tuesday - Friday 7:00- 5:30 which leaves me free Sat, Sun, and Mon. I try to go home every other weekend to see my family. Just kidding. By now am sure you have had time to look around the Florida board. We get together and ride most weekends and would be super to have you join us.
The Grumpster is around these parts. Am sure he will find you soon.

By the way....if Grumpy is too busy there is a shop over in Tavares that will change to a darkside for you. Had mine done there. Let me know and will get you the information if you need it after contact is made with the Grumpster. Grumpy would be the first choice.

Welcome we ride up that way a lot. We go up to Neon Leons for grub, and High Octane to hang out, both in Homosassa. We ride pretty much every weekend so stay tuned to the FL board and jump in on a ride. |

Cool beans I think I'll camp on the Florida board, sounds awesome. I look forward to riding the roads with you all. But first things first, gotta change that front tire. I will be taking the cage to work this week. I will be giving you a ring Grumpy, it looks like the previous owner changed the tires too, lots of indications left on the wheels, lol hasn't Effected the ride. Thanks for the warm welcome, Tony |

As other have said, welcome. There may be a group Pizza meet in mid-October. Good place to meet many of the group. There is a posting in the Florida section with our pictures, and a place for a picture of you.

Not sure how to post pictures, I've tried using photo bucket..no good...  photo stash....didn't happen.... ...  Not a very technology oriented guy. For me I have to be able to turn it on and click a few buttons and its supposed to work , at least I think that's how ya do it. Called Honda of Crystal River to see about a tire install. Won't do it unless you by the tire from them..haha. maybe if their prices were a little more competitive.. Gonna give Grumpy a call tomorrow. Thanks Gil. Tony |
