Did you get that  thing figured out yet?

I hate those modulators but some people love em.

I have one question, does yours have an off/on switch?

Is it in the 'ON' position?

No on off switch. I got rid of the rinky dink connector and put new female pin connectors on it. The connection is good but still doesn't work. Probably fried but wish there was some way to check it with a meter or something before I toss it.
