Found this on a Saab forum.  FWIW  Here is a link to heavy duty 4mm silicone vacuum hose.  http://www.siliconeintakes.com/?searchstring=silicone+boost%2Fvacuum+hose  Comes in three colors.  Fits the nipples on the Valk nice & tight w/o clamps.  Supposedly has very long life & high heat resistance.  The folks on the SaabCentral forum swear by it.  I replaced all the vacuum lines on the wife's Saab with it.  No affiliation blah blah blah.  Stan

I used that when I replaced the hoses on MGM the last time.     That was like 5 or 6 years ago.

I think it was Murdoc who pointed me in that direction.
