Thinking of something different to suggest food wise and probably centrally located for most our riders is Cafe Kokopellis' in dade city.  We love this place. They open at 11 on Saturdays.

Set in an eclectic environment in a 100 year old building originally designed for Model T sales by the Ford Motor Company, Kafe Kokopelli is a one of a kind dining experience. Eighteen years ago the restaurant was opened and operated by Gail and Glen Greenfelder. An immediate success in the community Kafe Kokopelli quickly became a staple of historic downtown Dade City.
Built in 1913 for Model T sales and service center by the Ford Motor Company, where for five decades the building served it’s purpose. After being vacated the building fell into a state of disrepair and was scheduled for demolition until Gail and Glen Greenfelder rescued her from this fate. Through their vision the building at 6th and Meridian Ave in historic downtown Dade City houses what is now Kafe Kokopelli.

Thoughts?  We can add a ride before or after,   Jerry

I think we've had a ride there before although it's been a while. Surely doable.

That was a favorite of ours, we hit several Dade City festivals every year car shows, craft/antique and stop for lunch. We were there several weeks ago and it has changed. Same name, same building but the menu has changed. It appears to have gone from a casual nostalgic atmosphere with great samiches and bar food to a local upscale gathering place with "Chef prepared" garnished dishes. We felt out of place and got some looks. I'm not discouraging this, just not the same place we used to go. Cool place in a cool city with history.

I was exploring (Neon Leons) website and found something I didn't know...

Leon Wilkeson is literally known the world over as Bass Guitarist for the legendary Rock N Roll Hall of Fame band Lynyrd Skynard
For over thirty years his colorful personality complemented his musicianship, endearing him to millions.
Leon’s obligations to the band kept him away from another passion he held, and that quite simply, was to create a restaurant where entertaining the guests was as important as feeding them.

To help complete Leon’s vision his nephew Mitch, along with the help of partner Lorraine, Leon’s son Lee, and Leon’s sister Marlene, have brought to you this establishment.

As a lifelong resident of North Florida Leon and his band mates couldn’t help but be influenced by the music of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and the Zydeco music of Louisiana. They sang of it often in their own music. Leon’s appreciation for the down home music and cooking creates the perfect marriage, providing our guests with an unique dining experience. Therefore we are proud to bring to you…the world’s only 5 star “hole in the wall”  Neon Leon’s Zydeco Steakhouse.

Mmmmm... I enjoy Cajun/French cooking.
Time to get rid of that Turkey and make room for some Seafood Etouffee

Guess I'll pass on this one. That makes a round trip just over 200 miles for me and I don't want to be gone that long. Love to see that place, heard a lot about it over the years but never visited. You all enjoy, maybe catch the next one. I really do miss hanging with the group.
