It bolts under the triple tree and holds the fork wind deflectors.  I'm moving the one I have between the two bikes and that is just too much work.

Why don't you let me rehome the one you have pictured, that way I could have a pair and you would not have to ever move that one from bike to bike again. Pretty good suggestion, don't you think, would also make for less work and you could catch more wind while riding. I have a lot more suggestions that may aid in your dessission, but I don't want to get rid of the one I have. Good hunting.
