anyone ever glue patches your vest verses having them sewn on?

I tried.  Don't do it.  If only the glue had come off the back of the patches as easily as it came off the vest...   tickedoff

I wound up going to a tailor/alteration shop and believe I got a slightly better deal and MUCH better symmetry and alignment than I would have by going to a motorcycle patch sewer.

On the 18th he said he was picking them up at the end of the week. Last I looked, still not in stock.  coolsmiley

I use a suede and leather glue: http://www.save-on-crafts.com/leatherglue.html
and it works great. I will eventually have them sewn as re-inforcement but not worried at all about losing them.
