Thanks for checking in... REALLY bad weather between here and there now,,, NOT leaving Thursday... ( check radar.. ) HOPING to leave Friday at ... not sure what time, but I will post here when I here.
The CAF only allows us to fly VFR... not IFR.... so need minimum 1500 feet ceiling to fly. ( I think we could have made it today, but pilots decision on flying.

Or....I Follow Rivers! Or do as my ex used to do when flying by herself. Just to make sure she was where she thought she was, or at least determine where she wasn't, when she saw a water tower she'd go in and circle it to read the town's name. One time she wasn't sure if that was I-75 below her so when she saw some highway signs that went across the road above it, she dropped down enough to read it so as to determine where she was. Good pilot, just sucked at navigation, you could get her lost in a phone booth.  This is the same person that kept looking for the town "Litter Barrel" which according to the signs was only a half mile ahead.
