Excellent point Jeff!! Even though yours might have been a rhetorical question, it is important that we clearly understand the protocol for these responses...after all we MUST know who is getting poked in the eye (mental image of Moe & Larry of the 3 stooges)!   Just kidding (however I suspect my schizophrenic counterpart might be trying to stir the pot)..... |

the only difference is that unlike some of these other guys, I really don't care WHO agrees with me or not....I understand where 2tone and Detn8er are both coming from.....and I could care less if it's been brought up once, never, or 1000 other times...if I feel like posting something I do.....and I promise I won't cry about anyone else posting whatever they like....anyone can call me anything they want, as long as it isn't "late for dinner"..... .....  |

Just to clear it up, I wasn't referring to Stanley, I was referring (sarcastically) to Reagan as "One of the great thinkers of our time" If you click the link with my post it shows ads Reagan did for Chesterfields where he's gonna send cartons to all his friends at xmas... |

I apologise. A really good friend of mine is near death. He has been a role model to me all of my life. Served our country well in WW2 as a forward observer in Europe and went through the whole thing from the beaches of Normandy, through the Battle of the Bulge and on to Berlin. It has hit me hard and to tell the truth, I have been on the edge of tears all day. He is on the short list of the best human beings I have ever met. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, humble ... and loyal. I hit a low point. I was depressed and a bit drunk and I lashed out. Scanner was the easiest target. Sorry Scanner. My skin is pretty thin right now.
