What are the differences between the California models and the other 49 states ?

Mechanical - performance - emissions - value difference    I appreciate the education.

The two differences that I know about Woody is the Cams and the Smog system. The California cams are different and sport different part numbers than the 49 state Valkyries. The smog system has more vacuum lines from the carbs leading to a vacuum canister underneath. One other thing that come to mind is the timing may be a little different also. Hope you get more info from others.
One other thing Woody, I have a California Standard that has been desmogged that I got a year or so ago, had to clean up the attempted desmog and now it is extreme haul a'''.

If you are riding  and it is a must that you keep your eyes on the road, you are riding too fast.
