When bleeding with a MityVac, do you have to keep the clutch lever pulled in or do you just leave it where it is?

You shouldn't need to touch the clutch lever, just make sure you don't run low on fluid and let the vac do all the work.  Here's a link to their instructions they have a section on bleeding motorcycle brakes.
