Riding the I/S to Acadia National Park for the weekend.  Our first time there.  Anyone have any ideas/suggestions on the don't miss/must see things there.

I don't know...but my parents went up there with their RV a couple summers ago and had a great time.  They went out whale watching and it was very cold, so bring your winter coats if you plan to do that.  The only thing they didn't enjoy was sitting at a traffic light in their Dodge Ram 2500 deisel and got rear-ended by a BMW driver on a cell phone.  Except for the bent trailer hitch, there was no real damage to their truck.  But the hitch went through the grille and radiator of the BMW...so she wasn't quite so lucky.  There was alot of damage, so Dad took a little satisfaction in that.  The biggest problem was that the hitch was bent badly enough that they couldn't tow the RV home until they found a body shop.  Unfortunately, a new hitch couldn't be had for several months, but they were able to bend it on a frame machine to the point they could get the RV home.
