I LOVE to hear about near misses because I am thankful they were a MISS ! I believe there are 2 kinds of riders...those that have been "down" and those that WILL BE "down"

. I believed for MANY thousand miles that was a myth...(Total BS )if you will.
I believed that superior rider ability and acute perception or forethought and stunningly fast reflexes could disprove that myth. I reviewed many accidents and evaluated each, always concluding that "if the fool had done this,or not done that...".
But I AM (and was) WRONG!!!
EVERY motorcycle accident is the cyclist fault! You can NEVER ride too defensively,NEVER TOO SAFE, Just because you didnt see it coming will not comfort your loved ones in your loss. If the other driver is at fault...YOU STILL DEAD!....
I am sorry to be so blunt and dark, I was dead on the highway once myself and I only hope to educate and help.
LEARN from those near miss encounters and improve your riding skillz....they WONT drive any better because you almost died.
Cage drivers today believe because they have full coverage and airbags , they can drive however they want to. Valk riders dont have that option.
all you can do is ride safe...ALWAYS! PLEASE ?
