I bought my Valkyrie Tourer from deez, and he gave me all his spares, including this one-piece seat. I don't know what model it is from, just that it fits my bike. If someone can ID it, I'll put it in the classified section, but, because if the dimensions, it will probably be $70 to ship. Here are some photos:

and a close-up

If you can't make out the molded-in letters, they say MBY and Honda >PP<

It is an Interstate seat that has been modified on the bottom of the seat.

Modified how, the rubber pads glued to the bottom, or the mounting bracket removed from the back? There are no visible cut marks anywhere, so any mods are reversible?

Yes, it is an Interstate seat.  Modified?  Guess I'm not seeing that.

It wasn't sat on for very long as it doesn't have that little wrinkle on the nose.    coolsmiley

The only modification I can is that the tongue on the rear of the seat that fits in a shoe toward the rear has been removed.

$70 to ship Shocked seat isn't worth much more than that.

Cost of shipping USPS will probably be around $20.

When I shipped the two-piece seat via UPS, it didn't fit in a box small enough, so they charged $65 for the 40# box. Since this is larger, it may be even more. I'll have to check with USPS, since UPS is so pricey.

Of course, LPU would be better all around, if you're within range of Florissant, MO (north St. Louis county). I don't need or want it, so make an offer. Shipping would be extra, if necessary, and, as stated above, UPS charges as much as it may be worth.

Update:
I used the USPS calculator, and it would be $62.30 Priority 2-day from here (63031) to Tuscaloosa (35401 - a zip I had handy), and $22.80 for Priority 3-day. Big premium for 1 fewer day, isn't it?

Damn I feel bad now. You made a measly sum on the seats I got from you. Wish I'd known because I don't really need them till Sept.

Yes it is a big difference and if sent standard not priority it would be a bit less and still probably get there in 3-4 days.

Not an issue - if you had shown up at my door, I would have just handed them to you; just glad to clear out the space in my garage.

According to the online calculator, those are the only 2 options for such a large package, even though it weighs less than 10lbs. At least, that's all that was offered.

I used to use the Greyhound Bus Line to ship oversize items.

They were very reasonable.

Ya might give them a try.
