Ryan is at Sturgis this week and he decided to throw the Valk up on the dyno for our entertainment purposes.  And what a monster it is!!!! If you happen to be in Sturgis make sure you ask around and find the Turbo Valkyrie and take a peek....

at Sturgis elevation, 182 hp and 158.5 ft. lbs of torque

yep, and did i mention on the 600 mile colorado ride when i delivered it home ryan averaged 40 mpg?  38 mpg was the worst and 42 was the best out of the three fuel stops we made.

if anyone was to sit down and add it all up, the cost of aftermarket exhaust, a good proper carb tune and complete rebuild (most dont know if there tune is good they just guess with jets) , and a tune up including new ngk spark plugs that all is a huge chunk of money towards one of my turbo installs.  It is a turn key deal with me, I dont just fabricate a turbo kit on a bike.  I also completely update the complete fuel system, fine tune the carbs for max fuel economy, desmog the engine, update the clutch and replace if needed,  install a quality fuel shut of valve, fix the hydrolocking condition, and on and on and on.....

best bang for the buck, period....

How much boost ?

12 psi, completely stock engine except for heavy duty clutch spring (stock spring slipped clutch above 8 psi), completely stock ignition system, and runs on 91 octane pump gas.

this dyno pull was with 91 octane pump gas...

Whats the approx cost????

I have increased my original estimated prices from my build tread due to extra time and expenses involved in rebuilding the stock carbs and setting them up.

complete turn key out the door including complete custom tuning $5500-$6000 (price variance is due to the constant price changing of the actual turbo from garrett)

i am thinking of trying a less well known turbo from a more local turbo company that uses a completely sealed oiling system similar to a supercharger that would allow the turbo to be mounted almost anywhere and and any angle but the problem is they are really expensive.....if someone was seriously interested in trying this new turbo company I would perform my labor at an extreme discount
