I wasted over an hour before I could go ahead and actually sync my carbs. Initially, the bike ran fine and then started missing and quit as if it had run out of gas.  crazy2  I pulled a vacuum on the petcock line again and tried to start the bike, no luck. After repeated tries, I noticed the petcock tube I purchased from Redeye has a plastic liner and my forceps would not collapse it and maintain the vacuum I put on the line.  uglystupid2 Of course with no fuel flow from the tank, the bike is not going to run and I had ran the carbs dry.  tickedoff  Finally I got a good vacuum on the petcock line and eventually got a good gas flow. With the bike running again, the synch went very well. Like so many others I'm quite impressed with this instrument called The Digi Sync. I bought one of the earlier versions and the readout doesn't show the rpm. I now see why that's preferable. When I have more time, I'm going to ask BonS if he can upgrade my unit. In the meantime, the weather is great for riding in WA, ID,OR and BC Canada.  Smiley

The next time try it without pulling a vacuum on the petcock. I am able to do it with just the fuel that's in the carb bowls. You might want to check your liner in the #6 vacuum line. Hopefully it didn't get messed up.  cooldude

Any time Ray. My upgrade offer is forever. I'm glad you got her synced.
