does any know where there is a module for our LED headlights to pulsate can be found. i know they make them for old style headlights, having no luck finding for LEDS.

i wonder how to go about getting a patch made for us 1832 valkyrie, like they have for the 1532..........

Headlight modulation is something you are probably going to have to try yourself. I hate to say it but new technology, new lights no one has really tried it before. Just from what I have seen headlight modulation slowly dims and brightens the light, not all leds take kindly to this. So you would have a strobe effect rather than this dimming and brightening effect. I would also think that the headlight on our Valks is powered by a 12v source which could be turned off then on as quick at you wanted. I have a led flashlight that has a strobe effect on it and it gets your attention especially at 1100 lumens. I would be careful about what I do with the headlight on this bike since its $1100.00 also.

If you want a patch which would be nice how about PM the store here and see if they can do it.

Just a suggestion if you want the modulating lights you could get a set of halogen cowl lights and make them the modulating light. I think that would look pretty cool and it would sure get peoples attention. Especially if you put in say 50w bulbs instead of the 35w that most come with. I don't know legally if you could do this but you could alternate right and left cowl light that would also get peoples attention. The trains do it with the lower lights alternate left and right with modulation and you really notice it.

The federal law that allows modulators in all states is very specific that the lights cannot strobe (rapidly go from bright to completely dark and back) and they cannot alternate from side to side.

What is allowed is partial dimming from full bright at specified "flash" rates.

I don't think there's a prohibition for moving them down to the driving lights.  In fact, I'm planning on doing that on my Wing.

The after market LED lights I got from China came with a small circuit board that allows me to, on the third turn on, they go strobe.   I know its not legal to have them strobe while driving but, for short bursts like coming into town, or pulling into parking, or to get attention when riding in a group, they work great............

NO, sorry I dont have a link, But they come from Fang Huafei Buji,China 518000
and I got them through a company called DHgate.com   Item #191172687983. Ordered 2 the first time, and after I put them on I went back and ordered 2 more for spares, they are small and round, but fit inside the lower couling, and if you straighten the L bracket on the back of the lite it can be bolted to one of the existing bolts. I wired them up using the Honda switch cause there was an existing spot for that.                                                    RIDE ON LIFE IS GOOD
