For those of you that have opted to switch to the Mich PR4 tires, did your local Honda dealer object or refuse to mount the non-standard sized 120/70-19 front tire???
I'll be needing a new tires soon and I'm considering both the OEM Dunlops and PR4's.

Thanks,

I currently have the non-OEM bias-ply dunflop on the front
of my bike, so far I like it fine. I've ridden in wet, dry, highway
and curvy mountain roads. Who knows how long it will last?
Harleys, like the vrod, come with this tire on the front and
a radial on the back.

While I was looking for what to replace the OEM front with,
I had a couple of dealers express concern about mounting
a non standard sized tire, but didn't follow through enough
to find out if they'd actually refuse to do it...

I called around to three shops...two were Honda dealers..one was an independent cycle shop...they ALL were eager for the biz!  Shop around...they will compete with each other...

Oh, and ahh..no, forget the Dunlop crap...One ride with the Michys and you'll be blown away at the ride disparity between the two..that is how much better of a bike the Valk becomes with those tires.
