Does anyone know why the left side muffler is about an inch and 1/8 further from the rear tire than the right side? I don't see anything that requires it to be that way. I assume they are all that way...? It looks strange from the rear.

I thought about that too.
All I can think of is maybe the spacing is for extra clearance to make getting the rear tire off and on??

Hey Goldstar this is off point but the fellas on that board are looking for a tire for their bikes. I think it would be a good idea if you mention the success that all here have had with the Michelin tires. Some are in other countries and it would also help us out because the more demand for the tires the more companies will make them and even Michelin will continue. Maybe even manufacture the correct size.

The F6C Forum started working on that problem at the end of July. You should join and contribute some of your ideas in general.  cooldude

I stopped by the Honda dealer today, and talked to them about it. They had 3 Valkyries  and they all had the same flared out left side muffler. The service guy said it's probably because they have the same frame as the Wing and FB6.

It's not the same frame, it's not the same frame, it's not the same frame.

Seriously I've posted pics of the frames side by side before the GW and F6B are the same but the Valkyrie is very different, it just looks similar when the bike is fully assembled.
