Yes, as long as it is a custom exhaust designed to fit a Valkyrie.
And exhaust is either stock or custom, not both.

Perhaps you mean "stock Standard or Tourer"... ?
They're all interchangeable... I had Interstate pipes on my Tourer for a year or so...
The difference is in the piggies (the pipe-ends you can see inside the muffler tip)
and the shape of the muffler tips.
I think Interstate pipes are the quietest and I think it is because the piggies are longer...

Thanks hubcapsc. That is exactly what I meant. My scenario is to install them on an Interstate. Some suggestion that the Standard pipes are different than I/S.

They are different. The standard/tourer tips are vertical, and the interstate tip are horizontal. They will all interchange, but will look different.
