You cannot upload pictures to the board.  You can however, post pictures from photostash or other places on the web.

OK, whats the procedure?  I've got a URL from Photobucket.  Do i just click on the insert image icon and enter the address between the markers.

When I tried that and went to preview, all that showed up was the URL address.  No picture. 

What am I missing?

You had the wrong link from photobucket Kaz.

You want the "Direct Link" to the specific photo from photobucket.  Click the Insert Image button, and paste that direct link between the tags.
