Jeff K, I have been lurking on and off this board for about 8 years got sick of computers and tossed mine in the trash in 2004 and wife got me lap top for birthday June. So i am computer challenged :uglystupid2: So My kids are going to help me this weekend to post pictures of some projects. kids are in their mid 30"s .What size throttle body are you using on your injection? and did you retain your J tube?. I have lost idler pulley once and made it home safe with no belt because of j tube bypass. Magnacharger ( Bill ) has offered the new upgrade 45 Mikuni w/o J tube some postings i have seen here have been very pleased with the new carb. I installed 45 4 years ago and was shocked at performance increase with j tube port matched to carb. Can you still get home w/o bypass?.Thanks in advance. Ps thinking of buying his new carb manifold.

Every time I read about these blown bikes, I want to add one to mine too. You guys are a bad influence! :cooldude:

Hi guys, Could anyone tell me how should the maximum power AFR curve be on the Valkyrie?
I know the shape of the AFR curve needs to be a straight flat line, but what values?
Blackduck:
2001 std. Aussie model, piggies off, drilled baffles, std timing and ICM
First run with 35 pilots,100 mains and foam pad out of airbox, 87 HP
Next runs with 38 pilots,125 mains, airbox opened up, 94 HP
An easy 7 HP gain.
Currently running 127.5 mains as the 125's were still a little lean. Have not been back on the dyno but should be doing so shortly
Cheers Blackduck

I've been told that the blower will spin from the vacuum of the motor and it will still run, but I've never tried it.
I'm running a 55mm throttle body now.
I was working on a progressive 2 bbl throttle body off of a BMW but got side tracked by life. ;)
