Would like to buy OEM passenger footrests, with the oem brackets , if possible. Just bought a, new to me,2000 Interstate trike, and  the wife wanted the floorboards of my '97 Bumble Bee. Now I need some way for her to get on and off of the '97 when we want to ride 2 up.

If you don't see anything our classifieds, then take a look in E-bay.  I've almost always found want I've wanted/needed there.
