I bought a lever at a local bike shop for about $10, works great.  Sure beats just buying a bushing.

You can't buy just the bushing for the hole that the pivot bolt goes through.  Not from Honda.

No, the bushing you are referring to is the one that actuates the clutch master cylinder, not the one for the lever pivot.  Common mistake.
