at the state capital in Montgomery. Of all the vets and others that should have been present about the only people on hand were bikers and a small hand full of politicians and no news media or coverage at all.

For the first time ever a POW/MIA flag was raised over the capital and the state house yesterday. They will fly there from now on. It was witnessed by about 120 bikers and politicians. Although not a vet, I am very thankful for those who have and will serve. It is sad there are still those that are unaccounted for yet we have a space station!

The nation that forgets her warriors will soon be forgotten herself.

BTW, although there was a threat of rain, I made the 230 mile round trip only getting a small taste of it within about 20 miles of the house. Came in just behind a pretty good gully washer. And the bottom let loose moments after arriving in the house.

Freedom will ultimately cost more than we care to pay but will be worth every drop of blood to those who follow and cherrish it.
