Nope. Wrong again. Mr. Nash was indicted and convicted of REGISTERING illegally, not casting multiple votes. In fact, it doesn't matter a whit whether a person is REGISTERED in multiple jurisdictions as long as they cast only one vote. And there has yet to be a case where examples of VOTING fraud has been uncovered.
Now here is the rub. You want proof of the fakes actually voting, however you (at a guess) are against actually comparing people to their names before voting. If we demand that people prove that they are who they say they arem somehow that becomes "disenfranchisment". I still dont understand who this keeps from voting. Maybe the Vampire vote would be right out because they wouldnt show up on film but according to you those would be bloodsucking republicans.
Given that, by your sides lexicon, I am a liar if I call foul that the person is registered (though. yuk yuk, not actually voting BWAHAHA) and a racist if I believe that
only eligible citizens of the U.S. should be allowed to vote the ONE time per election that they are premitted to by law. You will not allow anyone to find out IF those who are into the sport of extreme resistration are voting in all the places that they participated in their sport. Yet you demand that there is proof of ER's (exterme registrars) are voting.
Oh, I forgot, the extra votes come from.
CNN covering a Acorn worker registering another voter.
It is also worth noting that Mr. Nash was not an employee of ACORN. He was simply someone who got a thrill from registering to vote.
Thus the true definition between education and common sense. OOOOOH how thrilling, I think I will register to vote in 10 different places. yep.... uh huh..... Again, "I am tired of people who are so partizan that they are blind"
Of course, even if a few people did manage to VOTE illegally, it wouldn't make a whit of difference in the outcome of a presidential (or any other large) election.
It matters for outcome in
every election except pres. It matters in the Pres. because if the #'s are scewed far enough one could postulate that a pres is not legitimate because he/she won the electorial vote and lost the popular vote.
