I have been going through my box of parts and found parts 4,5,7 should i get 3,6,8 also? From reading others posts 5 and 7 are not what fails? Is this what I should keep in my emergency parts bag or is this bolt an unlikely failure

That is the wrong page.  You need to go to the frame picture, that Is the bolt (#11) that fails.  The spring you mentioned (#4) doesn't fail but can be lost when the bolt its hooked to fails.
