We have to clean or bikes to go on the ride?? I don't think I have enough days left to get it done.

  Santa

Santa it's OK. Relax.

All you need to do is check your tire pressures. Depth of tire tread and thickness of brake pads.

NOW GO RIDE!!!

New brakes, changed oil, changed rear-end pumpkin oil, tires are great (put fresh air in) that hand pump takes a long time to fill tires, it said it was a bike pump?
Bringing new rain suit and bike cover. I'm thinking I may bump into a drive thru bike was, that's good don't have to was the bike before I leave on Friday. Will be riding to Clinton with Bighead, looking forward to meeting him as he is from my area.
Looking forward to getting out of the house and catching some fresh air .

Glad to see you're gonna make this one, Santa. I'd thought about going on that one too, but... the call of the wild was just too seductive! You're really going to like Barry (Big Head), he's a great guy! Good luck on the ride and in all things, my friend... I'll be thinking about y'all this weekend... Don't look for me, though, got other non-plans!

The hurricane rain is covering most of the state, gnarly. But not my
corner. I'll probably leave for Knoxville within the hour, probably take
"the long way", North Georgia, up to Murphy in NC, out the Fields Of
The Wood road to Tellico Plains, then out from there on 360 to Vonor.
I'll call Mr. Wimp from Vonore and perhaps meet up with him, then on
to Ground Zero... I'm guessing The Dragon and Cherohala will be
glommed up even more than usual on Labor Day weekend Friday...

The ride looks dry, all three days. We sure could use some of that
Hurricane rain here, though...

I pray we all make it there and back safe this year  cooldude

We have a blown rear tire outside Charlottesville on my 99 Interstate, Kuhmo Runflat. It is odd to drive a bike with no air in the Runflat. Went thru some construction and must of picked up something. Waiting on a tow to the Honda dealer in Waynesboro. They will put a motorcycle tiire on it late tonight or in the morning. Trish and I will be at the hotel in a few hours. Id almost talked myself into changing to a Taxi tire to get the extra hieght but the Runflat saved us today. I'll be putting another Runflat back on in the Winter. Hope everyone rides save.
