It's like saying goodbye to an old friend... I even met my wife on that board.

F6gal is making me at least make an effort on this format.  She even helped me build an avatar (I like it... what to you think?).

You can still lurk if you so choose.  You only need to log in to post.  I suspect it won't accurately keep track of what you've seen if you don't log in.

BTW, did F6Gal happen to mention what the maximum avatar size could be before it gets squeezed all out of proportion?

The max avatar size is 100 x 100 pixels.  However, it will resize a larger pic.
There a two ways to avoid distortion:
1) Original pic is square (i.e. same height and width), so the program will resize proportionally.
2) Resize the pic yourself, making the longest side 100 pixels exactly, thus avoiding the program's resizing.
