Here is a video of the lights I was gifted for Christmas. They strobe like the Knight Rider kit light. I've also got a harness so installation will be a breeze.

I'm torn on which spots to put the lights. Install will be permanent as I must drill a hole for wire installation. I can't decide. Help me out.

If you are using them as side turn signals it would be fine but if they are going to be blinking marker lights always on, then someone at an intersection can see one side blinking and think you are turning then pull out in front of you, that would not be good.

These lights will be turn signals only, no running light capability. The signal isn't a traditional off and on, the light runs up the bar and resets when it senses a new pulse. My radiator grill is already setup as a running light/turn signal setup and works fantastic at night. Not so brilliant in the daytime.
