Does anyone know if the Shell Rotella T4 15w-40 is the same as the Shell Rotella T 15w-40?  Just picked up a couple of gallon containers at Walmart and want to make sure this is still a good one for the Valkyrie.

Thanks,
Randal

as long as it does not say energy conserving in the bottom half of the circle on the back of the bottle you will be fine. i use Rotella T6 in the blue bottle.

Thanks for the reply.  I was born in  Bedford, IN and lived in Vincennes, IN before moving to Texas.
I went with the T4 because the bike has 54,000 miles on it and has not had any synthetic oil.  Maybe I am just paranoid and just want to leave well enough alone.

Got a Hoosier-born Valk rider, born and raised in Bloomington, now residing in South Mississippi!! Riding scooters in Indiana, all year round, was tough!!!
