On mine I probably just want the carbs gone through, maybe re-jetted to match the exhaust if needed, de-smogged I guess. I also need some wiring, I put LED signals and they now work like 4 way flashers. I have the diode kit, I guess I just need it wired in. Also need the rear brake light/switch/whatever hooked up or wired in. Do I need to get any parts/pieces, or do you keep stuff like that on hand???
Pm me what town and state?
I will add u on list.
Oh boy look like it's over 80 waiting on list and 11 valk is done...

august works for me William

Me too.  Will need front springs and all front fork hardware changed out as everything is now 14 years old.  Maybe front wheel bearings as they too. And whatever else you can think of that the front end would need after 14 years and 40,000 miles.

I am on the list already, Phideux in Murrells Inlet, SC.
I might have some extra lighting/running lights needed to be wired up too.

Hey BigBF

I asked this on FB but I'm not so good at navigating on that.

Do you do any tuning on Magnacharged Valks?  Got a hesitation I'd like to tune out.  I also have space for your truck & trailer - and a hot tub, nice quiet ranch with great margarita's and some killer baby back ribs for ya.  About 45 min N of Damon in Co Springs.

That's Sound like it's accel pump on the carburetor. I don't have parts for it..

Thx for the tip.  I'll see if that checks out.  Seems odd that Chuck (who restored the bike after it had been abused for years after George died) didn't sort it out if it's that simple - he just figured it's a character flaw and learned to adjust how he rode it.

Hey, I'm in Murrells Inlet SC, you have my city blank.
Johnny Webb has Myrtle Beach listed for him, I'm about 20 minutes South of there.
What time period are you anticipating for SC?? My fiancee wants to take a trip to NY Cry Cry, I don't want to go. She said sometime in Sept, maybe.
That's a hell of a road trip there, but it might be nice to take a several month trip to travel around, meet some new folks, say hey to some that you have hung with before, and play traveling mechanic. Actually wish I could hit the road for a bit sometimes. If you love wrenching on these machines that just adds bonus points, and I bet you do love what you do.

I would guess in sept?  It all depend on Route and how much work to be done.
Yes I love to work on Valkyrie, traveling, also to get out of Phx AZ too hot for me and meet people too.
Done add city.

I live as far away from Webb & phideux as you can get and still be in
South Carolina... I live near Seneca, in Oconee County. I might be
closer to some of  your Georgia customers.

Anywho... if you set up anywhere near me, I'll bring you my bike. Valve adjustment,
carburetor sync and replace timing belts & pulleys... I have the timing belts and
pulleys already.

-Mike
Mike, is Big BF going to come to your house? Can I get in on the fun? I'm thinking I need a new clutch because one time I'll pull the handle and it's fine, next time it's an inch from the bar. I've had the slave cylinder changed and a bushing in the handle but the problem still exists.
I wanted to ask you before I ask Big BF since I will probably need to leave it to be fixed and come back for it when it's done.
Probie,
You will need to get those parts. I don't have clutch parts with me. I only have clutch master cylinder kit.
BigBF
I will get them, approximately when will you be there?
