Praying for all of you in the path of the hurricane and the flooding rains.  May God watch over and protect you and your families. angel

Guess we dodged the bullet down here. We were supposed to have 65 mph gusts and 4 to 6 inches of rain, so far just a shower. Have friends and family all around the Houston area. I too hope everyone is safe.

We made it through with only minimal damage.  Heading out in the morning for a second day of mucking out a friend's living room, though, so we're feeling grateful, personally.

We came out without a scratch. Small limbs all over the yard and that is about all. We did get 37.5 inches of rain and the plant was down for about a week I ended up working about 168hours not counting the holiday in a 2 week period. All our family also did well. Denise has been working at a shelter and I think we've adopted a couple that is about our age and are trying to help them get back on their feet. Only riding I've been able to do is to and from work.
