I have a Tulsa w/s on my '01 I/S.  It's worked well, but is getting a little fuzzy.

Does anyone have experience with the F4 Customs w/s for the I/S?  Clearview?  Other?  Sizes?

TIA

I recommend the clearview, many different configurations, including custom made to your specs. Smiley Smiley hoser

I agree with Hoser that Clearview is a good option, HOWEVER..if you are going to order now...BE PREPARED TO WAIT!!  I ordered one this time of the year a couple of years ago, and it was several weeks before mine was delivered.

Have one of the first F4 shields they made for the I/S, I was on the call list from before they made it.  I had had one on my Goldwing for almost a year and knew that's what I wanted.  Love it.  Still no scratches or swirlmarks, even from cleaning with the sponge squeegees at the gas station.  Recommend using glass cleaner and paper towels instead of something like Honda Spray and soft cloth, which is what I used on the stock shield, but it leaves a residue that's hard to clean off the F4.

But no distortion or anything, I definitely recommend the F4.  As far as size, I like stock, choose what you like.

I bought a windshield from a vendor at the last Inzane (the one that displays using steel wool or something wiping across it). I like the shield but being thicker it results in the plastic parts around it like the dash and chrome trim on the front of the faring to be mis-aligned.
But I still like it.

I'm sure that XF6 and Clearview windshields are both very good options. However my experience is that when I bought my I/S it already had Showchrome Shield and it was scratched and it was to tall for me to look over. After some exhaustive research and comparitive shopping, I decided on a Cee Baileys. I could not be happier. It is wider than the OEM, has no distortion, it's scratch resistant, tinted, and has a perfect contour that doesn't buffet at high speeds like the Showchrome did.

Hey Momz, just fyi CeeBailey has stopped making motorcycle shields to focus on their aviation products.
