ARGH!
I finally just did it like I should have.
Took a 10 mile one way trip into town (we live in the equivalent of the "outback"

) for a fricken 9 volt battery for the Fluke multi-meter.
An hour later... put one end of the Fluke on the Br/W in the connector, and the other on the Violet/white in the fuse box. Bingo. Continuity.
So this goofy connector is for the ABS, and guess I'll just fill it full of silicon to keep the dust and water out.
So neither the colors not the nor quantity of wires match the schematic.
I guess the schematics should considered... guidelines... or maybe hints...

All that said - that was a great video of the Power Commander install. I'm going to look at that in more detail. One of the tasks on this projects is to weld bungs into Legacy Valk exhaust to accommodate the required O2 sensors - somehow...

the Power Commander does not use them? I thought all FI systems needed to monitor the exhaust? This could have just saved me a bunch of work!
