I'm going to remove my Rattlebars shifter for some long needed maintenance. I found one thread where someone installed some bearings inside, does anyone have any good ideas for rebuilding this or specs for new O-rings?

Are you referring to rear end maintenance and the o rings including the elusive 3rd o ring.  If so here's a link.

The heel/toe shifter has no maintenance to do. But if you must, just lube the pivotbushing with a heavy waterproof grease and wipe off the excess after every ride till it stops oozing out.

Yes there is Rattlebars kick-shift maint., albeit very minor.

1.  Every oil change add two drops of oil to the pivot point, 3&1 oil works fine, and
2.  Use white lithium grease, lightly lubricate the touch-points on the front of the kick-shift where it makes contact with the original front gear shift assembly.  I use a q-tip.

It just feels like the unit has more play than before.
