Title: Unlucky!
Post by: valkmc on August 08, 2022, 03:34:57 PM
Can’t believe it. I posted about getting rear ended on my 97 Tourer which I am still putting back together. Last Friday on my way to the school I work at while driving my truck I stopped at the very same intersection in the same lane and was promptly rear ended be a Massy Company  vehicle! What are the odds, three months apart. Truck is not as bad as the bike was, needs at least a new bumper and a new tailgate!

I think I’d look for a different route.  :)

I’m glad you’re ok.

You better check the brake lights on the rest of your vehicles.

I have 3 ways (or more) to get to work 32 miles away.  I try to pick the least congested with traffic was as possible avoiding as many vehicles as possible.  I either seem to get stuck behind someone putzing 55 mph  unable to pass them for awhile due to oncoming traffic or get some jarhead wanting to go 70 mph in a 55 mph speed zone me doing 65 mph wanting to pass me when they should not be with oncoming traffic coming right at us.
